Case Study - VISA

Using the Visa operation data alongside economic and social indicators, this dashboard aims to explore and possibly establish correlations between Visa's operations and the regional economy in Latin America.
In this section, we leveraged Visa'soperational data to conduct a comparative analysis across six major markets:US, APAC, Europe, LAC, CEMEA, and Canada. The comparison included metrics suchas the number of issued cards, total transactions, total cash volume, andrevenue. Our findings revealed that the Latin American market exhibitssimilarities in the number of issued cards and total cash volume when comparedto other markets. This underscores the significance for Visa to delve deeperinto understanding the nuances of the Latin American market for strategicinsights.

These pivotal indices, including the Consumer Confidence Index, International Tourist Arrivals, CoreInflation Rate, Unemployment Rate, Wage Index, and Retail Index, were meticulously sourced from Bloomberg to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
